Chargebar played a key role to support the latest TAB apps, designed to make betting a breeze at this year’s Sydney Racing Carnival.
Race goers were able to grab a quick phone recharge from the chargebars while downloading the app, and a sneaky pic in the nearby TAB sponsored photo booth.
The latest app eliminates the need for a race guide as punters are able to follow live race updates and place bets at the click of a button.
TAB project manager Mark Sturdy said “The chargebars align with our aim to provide the total customer experience for our new and existing customers on a day out at the races.”
“The chargebars provide a unique opportunity to actively engage directly with new and existing customers for 5 – 10 minutes while they wait for their phone to get an extra boost. During this time we use this to showcase our market leading TAB Apps, provide information on products and assist customers opening accounts to provide them the means to place a bet from their TAB app.”
